RENTAL RATES

Unique Banquet Hall seats 140-150 comfortably.  Fee include room, tables and chairs.  The rental does not include a stove

Friday and Saturday fee is $450.  Those days cannot be rented by the hour.

From 7 a.m. to 1 a.m.
$450 rental fee PLUS a $100 cleanup/damage refundable surcharges.

Deposit amount is $200.  Balance due 7 days before the event is $350. The $100 will be refunded after inspection within 3 days.

If you are not out by 1:00 a.m., there will be a $50 charge per hour.

Sunday thru Thursday, excluding holidays

You can rent 6 hours for $225.  Facility must be vacated by 7 p.m.
$125 deposit.

There will be no exceptions to rental times.  Must be out by 7 p.m.

You can also rent for $350 for the entire day, excluding holidays.  Times are 7 a.m. to 1 a.m.
